In general, Meadow View Learning is a great fit for families who:
- Value both academic growth and character formation
You're excited about seeing your child grow intellectually and personally—with a focus on curiosity, integrity, and perseverance. - Appreciate hands-on, project-based learning (with minimal tech for younger students)
You want your child to engage deeply with meaningful, real-world learning—not just worksheets and screen time. At Meadow View Learning, our younger learners experience a low-tech, high-touch environment: they read real books, write with pencils and pens, and develop foundational skills through movement, conversation, and paper-based work. All students, regardless of age, participate in rich, purposeful projects—both independently and in small groups—along with personalized lessons and creative learning experiences tailored to their needs. - Support Christian virtues and shared accountability
You value the idea of learners growing in responsibility, kindness, humility, and purpose - all in a wholesome faith-based environment. Note: some of our programs are designed for charter-friendliness and do not include any faith-based component. However participants are still expected to uphold our standards of modesty (dress code), kindness, honesty, appropriate behavior, etc. - Seek a structure that fosters independence and confidence
You're looking for a model that encourages students to take ownership of their learning in a guided, age-appropriate way. As students mature in our program, they’re given more responsibility—at a pace that matches their readiness. This might include leading projects or reflecting on their own progress and goals. Through field trips, class jobs, projects, presentations, and more, our model supports the long-term development of independence, confidence, ownership, and real-world readiness.
What is the tuition for 2025–2026?
Our pricing varies and our programs are customizable to student needs, please contact us to discuss your options!
Can charter funds be used?
Yes, all programming except for our Tutorial Track, is charter-eligible. Families are responsible to cover any portion not paid by their charter. The vendor name for our offerings is Youth Movement.
Charter funds cannot be used for our Tutorial Track, which integrates Christian principles. However we do welcome charter families into our Balanced Tutorial Track, they would need to pay the tuition for those days out of pocket.

What Is the Registration Process?
1. Contact us to discuss your program choices and options, or submit an Interest Form.
2. Watch for an Invite to Our Parent Portal
After receiving tuition information if needed you’ll receive an email invitation to our parent portal to complete your enrollment packet and submit the $100 registration fee. Registration fee not applicable to those joining Frontier Girls or PE only.
3. Confirm Your Spot
Once forms are complete and your registration fee is received, your child’s participation will be confirmed.
Charter-funded families must complete this same process — including submitting a registration fee (most charters do not cover registration fees), and enrolling through our portal — even if you are not paying out of pocket. This ensures we have the necessary paperwork, placement confirmation, and purchase order details on file.
Meadow View Learning welcomes families who align with our vision, values, and educational approach. To uphold our community standards and remain true to our mission, we reserve the right to discontinue enrollment if a student or family’s participation is no longer a good fit for our learning environment.
Do you offer field trips and special activities?
Yes! We offer local outings, regional field trips, international field trips, seasonal performances, and workshops. Note: some activities, such as weekday field trips, are open only to our Tutorial learners.
