Our weekly schedule offers a balanced, consistent rhythm featuring character development, academic focus, and whole-child development. Below is an overview of what our week typically includes.

Monday–Thursday | 8:55 AM–2:15 PM

Our Balanced Tutorial Track blends core academics with hands-on exploration, life skills, and meaningful outdoor experiences — all in a nurturing, creative, faith-based environment.

Core Academic Focus

Students participate in both instructor-led lessons and student-led projects. Each day emphasizes a specific subject, while math and language arts are thoughtfully integrated across the curriculum to support continual skill development.

Friday | 8:55 AM–2:15 PM
Friday Enrichment 

Tutorial Students: Arrive at 8:55 AM for morning group circle, prayer, and a brief art session before enrichment begins.

Block 1: Spanish Immersion (charter-friendly)

10:00 AM–12:00 PM 
Students build language fluency through engaging, interactive Spanish immersion. Cultural storytelling, music, movement, and hands-on games make this block both lively and meaningful.

Midday Lunch & Community Time

12:00 PM–12:45 PM
A relaxed, shared lunch offers students time to unwind, build friendships, and practice life skills in a supportive social setting. Whether attending one or both blocks, all students come together to enjoy this community-focused break.

Block 2: Gardening Science + Integrated Workshops (charter-friendly)

12:45 PM–2:15 PM
Students explore gardening, botany, and environmental science through seasonal, project-based learning. Visual arts and practical life skills are naturally woven in—encouraging creativity, responsibility, and teamwork.

Monday | 2:30 PM–4:30 PM

VAPA Club (Charter-Friendly)

An afternoon club focused on Visual and Performing Arts

  • Includes drama, music, dance, and studio arts
  • Spring performance (no recital or costume fees)
  • Open to all students seeking creative expression and collaboration

1st Thursday of Each Month | 3:30 PM–5:45 PM

Frontier Girls Troop

A faith-based scouting-style troop promoting leadership, life skills, and character

  • Monthly meetings with hands-on activities and badge work
  • Open to all girls; separate interest form required
  • Connection Hour (2:15–3:30 PM)
    For tutorial students staying between tutorial and troop
    • Light activities, crafts, and relaxed social time
    • Includes a snack
    • Supervised and included at no additional cost
