We’re excited that you’re considering Meadow View Learning for your child’s educational journey. Because we are a small, community-based program, we take time to get to know each family to ensure a strong mutual fit.
Step 1: Submit an Interest Form
Tell us a bit about your family, your homeschooling goals, and what you’re looking for in a learning community.
Step 2: Schedule a Tour & Family Interview
Once we receive your form, we’ll contact you to schedule a tour of our program space and a short interview to learn more about your needs.
Step 3: Apply by Invitation
If we believe your family aligns with our mission and values, we’ll invite you to complete a formal application.
Step 4: Complete Registration Paperwork
Accepted families will receive the appropriate paperwork and orientation materials based on their level of participation. Full-week students receive the Family Guide and portal access, while Friday-only and club families follow a simplified process.
VAPA Club only: You do not need to complete the full Meadow View admissions process. Please submit an Interest Form, and we will follow up with a brief registration form and payment details.
Frontier Girls Troop only: Enrollment in Frontier Girls is separate from our core academic and enrichment programs. A distinct interest form and approval process apply. Please visit the Frontier Girls Troop page for more information or to request details about troop membership.

Priority Registration: May 16– May 31
Open Registration (if space is available): June 1 – June 30
