Our volunteer founders created Meadow View Learning for the purpose of providing a wholesome and "old school" learning environment for children in our community.  We integrated the best elements we believe make a student's school experience effective and memorable: consistent rules, appropriate challenge, personalized learning, adults who believe in the students, plenty of fresh air, outside time, physical exercise, field trips, real-world discussions from a Christian world-view, integrated virtues learning/practice, consistent daily rhythm, annual events, student responsibility, life skills practice, choice within structure, small-group lessons, hands-on materials, presentation and performance opportunities, mixed-age environment, parent showcases, engaging projects, rich academic and enrichment experiences, real books, and good old-fashioned pencil and paper.
