2026/27 Tuiton & Enrollment

Enrollment Overview

Enrollment in the Core Learning Program is structured around a consistent weekly schedule of three or five days, designed to support continuity in both learning and community life.

Students are expected to participate in a consistent weekly program, as each day serves a distinct and essential role within the learning cycle.

Tuition

Enrollment is available in the following program options:

5-Day Core Learning Program (Monday–Friday)

$8,000 annually ($750/month, August–May)
Full-week learning program.

3-Day Enrichment Learning Program (Wednesday–Friday)

$5,000 annually ($450/month, August–May)
Enrichment-focused program. Math and Language Arts instruction is not included and should be provided at home or through an alternate program.

Tuition & Enrollment Policies

A $500 enrollment deposit is required to reserve a student’s placement.
Enrollment is limited to maintain small class sizes and program consistency.
Tuition may be paid:
- Annually (10% discount)
- Per semester (5% discount)
- Monthly over 10 installments (August–May)
Sibling discounts and need-based scholarships are available through the application process.

Charter Funding

Charter funding may be applied to Wednesday–Friday instructional days only.

Charter-funded program rates:

Wednesday: $200/month
Thursday: $200/month
Friday: $200/month

All charter-funded instruction is secular in nature.

2026/27 New Family Enrollment Process

Inquire & Meet

Fill out our Interest Form to learn more about our program.
A member of our team will follow up to answer questions and schedule a tour meeting. Those enrolling only in Visual and Performing Arts Club will receive abbreviated enrollment instructions after submitting Interest Form.

Apply

Families who have toured and wish to move forward are invited to submit an enrollment application. Scholarship applications are also available at this stage if needed.

Enroll

If space is available, families will receive an invitation to enroll and complete registration to reserve their student’s place. Enrollment decisions are made with care to ensure a strong fit with the Meadow View Learning community and program.

Enrollment is reviewed annually. Families are invited to reapply each spring/summer, with returning families receiving a priority application window.
