Programs & Tuition | 2025–2026

At Meadow View Learning, families can build a weekly schedule that supports their scheduling through small-group instruction, hands-on enrichment, and creative expression — all in a faith-based environment. Choose one or more programs based on your child’s needs and interests.

 Weekly Schedule Overview

  • Monday–Thursday (8:55 AM–2:15 PM)
    Core Tutorial Track (academics, life skills, creativity)
  • Friday Enrichment (10:00 AM–2:15 PM)
    • Block 1: Spanish 
    • Bock 2: Gardening Science, Life Skills, and Visual Arts
    • Includes shared lunch time for all Friday students
  • Monday Afternoons (2:30–4:30 PM)
    VAPA Club – Visual & Performing Arts
  • 1st Thursday of Each Month (3:30–5:45 PM)
    Frontier Girls Troop + optional supervised “Connection Hour” (2:15–3:30 PM for tutorial students)

Balanced Tutorial Track (Mon–Thurs)

Our core academic support program blends structured learning with creativity, movement, and faith-based community. Students experience:

  • Small-group instruction in Math, Language Arts, Science, and History
  • Hands-on projects and learner-led exploration
  • Life skills development and outdoor play
  • A nurturing environment grounded in growth mindset and Christian values

Daily Subject Emphasis:

  • Monday: Math
  • Tuesday: Language Arts
  • Wednesday: Science
  • Thursday: History & Geography + Physical Education (PE)

Math, language arts, and character development are thoughtfully integrated into each day. Core instruction is supported by our commitment to faith, real-world application, and flexible, student-centered learning.

Ages: 7–18
Charter Eligible: No (private pay only)
Schedule: Choose any 3 or 4 days, Mon–Thurs

Tuition:

$475/month – for 3-day participation (choose any 3 days Monday through Thursday)

$595/month – for 4-day participation (Monday through Thursday)

Friday Enrichment (Charter-Friendly)

A hands-on, interest-driven day of learning and creative expression. Families may choose one or both learning blocks. All Friday participants enjoy a shared lunch and community time mid-day.

Morning Session (10:00 AM–12:00 PM):

  • Spanish Immersion – for ages 7–14
  • Exploring Chemistry – for ages 15+

Lunch & Community Time:

12:00 PM–12:45 PM (included for all Friday participants).  A relaxed break for students to eat lunch brought from home, unwind, and connect with peers. Supervised and structured as part of our day’s rhythm.

Afternoon Session (12:45 PM–2:15 PM):

  • Gardening Science + Visual Arts – for mixed ages

Tuition Options

  • $95/month – One block (morning or afternoon)
  • $190/month – Full Friday (both blocks + lunch)

Charter Funds Accepted
All Friday sessions are project-based and eligible for charter billing where approved.

VAPA Club – Visual & Performing Arts

Our Monday afternoon creative arts program invites students to explore:

  • Drama, music, movement, and studio arts
  • Creative collaboration and group projects
  • Performance opportunities — no recital or costume fees

As part of our spring performance fundraiser, families are kindly invited to contribute a baked good or treat to support the event.

Ages: 8–18
Schedule: Mondays, 2:30–4:30 PM
Charter Eligible: Yes

Tuition: $75/month (flat rate for all students)

Annual Registration Fee

A $100 registration fee is required per child each year.
This fee is non-refundable, not covered by charter funds, and will be invoiced through our parent portal after registration.

Discounts & Scholarships 

We’re committed to keeping our programs accessible. A 15% sibling discount is available when multiple children are participating in the Tutorial Track.

Need-based scholarships (15%) may also be available upon request. Please note that discounts may not be combined.

Charter Billing Info

Charter funds are accepted for Friday Enrichment and VAPA Club.
To stay compliant with funding policies:

  • All charter-funded students are billed at published rates
  • No discounts or bonuses are offered on charter programs
  • Parents are responsible for submitting purchase orders directly to their school and are financially responsible for covering any portion no covered by charter funds.
