We’re excited that you’re considering Meadow View Learning for your child’s educational journey. Because we are a small, community-based program, we take time to get to know each family to ensure a strong mutual fit.

Step 1: Submit an Interest Form

Tell us a bit about your family, your homeschooling goals, and what you’re looking for in a learning community.

Step 2: Schedule a tour or a Discovery Call 

Once we receive your form, we’ll contact you to schedule a tour or a call to answer your questions and learn more about your needs.

Step 3: Apply by Invitation

If we believe your family aligns with our mission and values, we’ll invite you to complete a formal application.

Step 4: Complete Registration Paperwork
Accepted families will receive the appropriate paperwork and orientation materials based on their level of participation. 

VAPA Club only and Friday-only: If you are just interested in VAPA Club or Friday Enrichment (and not planning to enroll in our Balanced Tutorial Track),  you do not need to complete the full Meadow View registration process. Please submit an Interest Form, and we will follow up with a brief registration form and payment details. Note: VAPA Club may require an audition if not enrolled in our tutorial track.

Frontier Girls Troop only: Registration in Frontier Girls is separate from our tutorial track and Friday enrichment. A distinct interest form and registration process apply. Please visit the Frontier Girls Troop page for more information or to request details about troop membership.

Important Dates:

Priority Registration: May 16– May 31

Open Registration (if space is available): June 1 – June 30 (spaces may still be filled after this date as available)
