What is Meadow View Learning?
Meadow View Learning is a nonprofit Christian tutorial and home school support center offering a well-rounded, ademic and character-based experience for learners ages 7–18. We support homeschool families through structured tutorial and enrichment learning opportunities built around faith, academics, character development, and stewardship of the land.
What ages do you serve?
Our Balanced Tutorial Track and Friday Enrichment serve learners ages 7-18. Our God's Green Earth workshops serve all ages; our Frontier Girls troop and Visual and Performing Arts Club serve ages 8-18.
What does a typical week look like?
Students enrolled in our Balanced Tutorial Track may attend Monday through Thursday, 8:55 a.m.–2:15 p.m., with daily academic focuses:
- Monday: Mathematics
- Tuesday: Language Arts
- Wednesday: Science & Gardening
- Thursday: History & Geography
- In addition to focused daily subjects, students work on various projects throughout the week, maintain a student garden, participate in life skills work, seasonal events, showcase events for parents, and more!
We also offer a Friday Enrichment for families seeking a charter-friendly option. Students attend Friday only from 10:00am to 2:15pm and enjoy Spanish, Art, Gardening, and a blend of Life Skills and Outdoor Activities
Is Meadow View Learning a private school?
No. Meadow View Learning is a faith-based nonprofit tutorial center serving families who independently homeschool under California's Private School Affidavit (PSA) law or through charter school programs. We provide weekday instructional support in a community-based environment.
What is your educational approach?
Our methods blend Montessori-inspired practices, project-based learning, and a Christian worldview, fostering independent learning, critical thinking, and character growth.
How do I know if Meadow View Learning is right for our family?
We recommend filling out our interest form so we can schedule a discovery call. In addition, our offerings are ideal for families who:
- Value academic growth and development of life skills
- Appreciate a project-based approach
- Support Christian virtues and accountability
- Seek a model that encourages independence
Our offerings are NOT IDEAL for families who:
- Feel uncomfortable with a drop-off tutorial
- Are not particularly interested in their child's academic success
- Are looking for something similar to a daycare, with no real academic structure, assessments, due dates, etc.
What is the tuition for 2025–2026?
Balanced Learning Track (Monday–Thursday): $650/month (Sept-May)
Friday Enrichment: $195/month (Sept-May)
Sibling discounts and limited scholarships are available.

Can charter funds be used?
Our Friday Enrichment and Visual and Performing Arts club are designed to be charter-friendly.
Charter funds cannot be used for our Balanced Tutorial Track, which integrates Christian principles throughout the experience. However we do welcome charter families into our Balanced Tutorial Track, they would need to pay the tuition out of pocket.

What is the registration process?
- Submit an Interest Form
- Attend a family tour or a phone meeting/Discovery Call (to discuss goals and answer questions)
- Complete an Application (Invitation to register follows)
We are selective to ensure families share our vision and values.
Do you offer field trips and special activities?
Yes! We offer local outings, regional field trips, international field trips, seasonal performances, and workshops. Participants also have opportunities to participate in our Frontier Girls Troop, Visual and Performing Arts (V.A.P.A.) Club, and God’s Green Earth horticulture workshops. Note: some activities, such as weekday field trips, are open only to our Balanced Tutorial learners.
