Chili 'n' Chills Fall Festival

An autumn evening of homemade chili, pie, cake and a walk-through fairy tale performed by our students. Free admission, and friends are welcome.

Chili, pie, and a fairy tale you can walk through. Meadow View Learning's fifth annual Chili 'n' Chills Fall Festival! A chili cook-off, a kids' pie-eating contest, and a cake walk. At six, walk through Grimms' Fairy Tales in a student-made theatre, ten dollars a person. Saturday, October seventeenth, four-thirty to seven. Admission is free. RSVP below.

Step inside Grimms' Fairy Tales. Our students bring immersive scenes to life as live actors while you walk through the story.

The theatre is created by students in our Visual & Performing Arts program.

Questions

Does it cost anything to come?

No. Admission is free. The Walk-Through Theatre is $10 per person, payable by cash, credit or Venmo.

Do I need to RSVP?

An RSVP isn't required, but it's appreciated. It helps us plan how much chili and seating we need.

Can I bring friends?

Yes. The festival is for our families and their friends, and for families who would like to see our space and meet our community.

Can I bring food?

Anyone is welcome to donate a cake for the cake walk, as long as it's store-bought and packaged with the ingredients listed. Chili cook-off entries and potluck dishes come from Meadow View Learning families.

Is the Walk-Through Theatre OK for young children?

Yes. It's family-friendly and gore-free: live student actors bring scenes from Grimms' Fairy Tales to life as you walk through.

What time does the theatre open?

6:00 PM. The festival runs 4:30 to 7:00 PM.

Where do the proceeds go?

Meadow View Learning is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Proceeds support our educational programs.
